Ray focuses on transforming the "human element" of the farm into a measurable asset, ensuring that operational efficiency keeps pace with technological advancement.

• Operational Leadership: Managed Ray-Lin Dairy for over two decades, gaining an intimate understanding of high-production dairy environments and family-owned enterprises.

• National Governance: Served six years on the National Dairy Research & Promotion Board (Treasurer) and worked with the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy on macro-level supply chain demands.

• Community & Educational Leadership: Serves as a Board Member for the Denair Unified School District, applying expertise in governance and instructional oversight to regional workforce development.

• Workforce Advocacy: A founder of the AgChat Foundation, Ray empowers producers to professionalize their management styles to attract and retain top-tier talent.

Josh Luth

Josh Luth brings specialized, executive-level experience to LP Ag Advisors, focusing on the intersection of production and the global dairy supply chain. He is an expert at managing complex relationships, bridging the gap between producers and top global foodservice, retail, and CPG brands.

His work centers on identifying and driving sustainable growth through key social responsibility pillars, including animal welfare, environmental initiatives, and worker care.

• Consulting Expertise: Formerly served as a Dairy Sustainability and Animal Welfare Consultant with SCS Global Services, navigating rigorous certification and compliance standards.

• Industry Collaboration: Extensive experience partnering with organizations such as the Innovation Center for US Dairy, Land O’ Lakes, and Foremost Farms to develop ESG strategies.

• Educational Foundation: Holds a Master’s in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a teaching degree from the College of Idaho.
